Jozini Tiger Estate 2018 review
This year has been quite a busy one for Jozini Tiger Estate, with construction commencing and a new hotel management team being appointed. We take a look back at the two milestones achieved this year and look ahead to see what 2019 has in store.
Construction commenced in June
This year marked the start of the construction of the first home within Jozini Tiger Estate. The first phase released 24 stands, with prices ranging from R721,000 to R1,967,000, and stand sizes ranging from 549m² to 1371m². While many of these homes have been bought as a ‘home-away-from-home’ to holiday to, there is no doubt that the investment potential also steered investors towards purchasing within the unique Jozini Tiger Estate.
New hotel agents
Following the news of the first home commencing construction, it was soon revealed that the home packages purchased through Jozini Tiger Estate would be able to join a rental pool which will be managed by newly appointed hotel agents Dream Hotels and Resorts Company. There is a huge demand for self-catering accommodation; both from a domestic and international perspective.
Jozini Tiger Estate will add much needed additional rooms to the existing hotel via the extension of a rental scheme over the private villas. The hotel runs at extremely high occupancies and the additional beds will be utilised well.
Having started on such a high note this year, Jozini Tiger Estate hopes to continue the momentum into 2019 with further construction taking place.
